3.1 7-Day Unopened Inspection Window
If an un-deployed ergonomic cushion, structural meditation mat, or adjustable alignment bench arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model parameters, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, unsoiled, free of scent trace particles or pet hair, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory engineering tags untampered.
3.2 Personal Hygiene & Textile Exclusions
To maintain absolute sanitary security and biological cleanliness across our close-contact textile network, any meditation cushion, zafu, or floor mat that has been unsealed from its primary protective plastic compression shroud or placed directly on floor substrates cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, customized fabric selections or bespoke corporate wellness room studio orders are strictly excluded from standard returns.
3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment
Once your alignment hardware or cushion cargo is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous visual inspection, foam density compression scan, and textile cleanliness audit to verify its original structural integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by ZengAura.
